Today teens at Braden River High school are protesting the dress code policies after Lizzy Martinez was told she was distracting boys in her class after she decided to go bra less.  Lizzy was instructed to place band aids on her nipples before being allowed to go back to class, has steered up quite the controversy.

Martinez explained that it was because of a sunburn that she decided to go bra-less initially.  She put on a double T-shirt before being asked to apply band aids.  Yet the issue is not if girls should be forced to wear bras but more about sexualizing  the female body.  Some dress codes do not allow for shoulders to be out or exposed collarbones.  All because it may stir up sexual emotions in the opposite sex.  I mean it has been stated that unwanted sexual advances can be the fault of the female because of how she dresses.

It maybe time we take a good look at this.  The students of Florida can be on to something again.  A #Bracott can happen in schools across America as young ladies take their bodies back.

What are your thoughts?  How do you feel about going bra-less? Please your comment below!

I don’t think she should have got in trouble. Schools these days are being crazy.
