The Washington Nationals had an amazing game against the Milwaukee Brewers. The game was going good for the Brewers, who were only down by two runs going into the third, but the lead was blown WIDE open in the 3rd inning.  It started off with a single.. Then the home run derby started.

The next four batters that would step up to the plate would launch the pitches all across the back wall. Brian Goodwin, Wilmer Difo, Bryce Harper, and Ryan Zimmerman would hit back-to-back-to-back-to-back home runs, followed, a few pitches later, by Anthony Rendon would get in on the action and send one over the wall. Now, the Home Run Derby was over a long time ago, but the Nationals felt that they should put on their own one. This is a dual record event setting the record for most consecutive home runs, and tied the record for most home runs in a single inning.

The Nationals put out three more home runs later in the game equaling a game long franchise high 8 home runs. The Nationals handled the Brewers in extraordinary fashion with the final score being 15-2.
