Fidget spinners have taken over the internet and one has to wonder “where did they come from?” Honestly, they just came out of nowhere. I mean who else remembers fidget spinners just coming out this year? Me, and I know I’m not the only one. I asked my siblings and co-workers and all of them didn’t know when they came out. Well I did the research and this is what I discovered.

A fidget spinner is a toy invented in 1993 (24 years ago) for people who struggle fidgeting. But in 2017 that all really changed, the toy was no longer for those who needed it. It’s become a trend now to where everyone just has one to have one. Don’t get me wrong many people do use this for its purpose and not because it’s a trend. I don’t know why everyone uses it, though! Why do you use a fidget spinner? Do you own one? If so, how has it helped you in any way?
