We say it all the time, but it is worth mentioning again. TEENVIEW Magazine is a publication that offers a platform for young people to grow their skills and showcase their talent. This summer we were able to expand the TEENVIEW experience to a few students attending the Wichita Prep Upward Bound Program. For a little more than four weeks, the students came to our office and learned about TV Production. In fact, they themselves produced a future television show that is scheduled to air on MyTV July 18th at 11:30am.
Everyday thousands of people suffer from boredom and what to do during that time of suffering is somewhat of a mystery. The default plan is to just contact someone else and see if they have anything to do but what if they don’t? What if you are on an extreme budget? You can collect anything from shoes to cars, but the newest collecting hobby has caused a big controversy among the gaming community. Most importantly, it affects the Nintendo games of any age. The little Nintendo figures called “Amiibo” have led collector-hunting to its nearest Gamestop for a chance to snag at least one figure for their collection. For a player with the talent of Conner Frankamp, we can’t help but to wonder is the pressure of his decision overwhelming him?
